Monroe Christian School in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one remote customer support specialist to join our team. We are located on 3847 N 66th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and timely.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high volumes of inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with the company’s industry or products.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
