SUMMARY:

The Senior Finance Analyst sales finance role will be a key partner for the Commercial Organization and other functional groups providing analytical insights, process oversight, and reporting. Key responsibilities will include daily, weekly and monthly reporting, building and reporting KPI scorecards, analyzing trade spend, facilitate the trade forecast, track and/or account for monthly financial results, execute financial analyses, and deliver timely and accurate financial reporting. Candidates should be able to identify key trends and issues for decision making and/or make corrective actions to streamline processes. Supports internal control processes and complete appropriate SOX requirements. Successful candidates will have an ability to analyze large volumes of data, troubleshoot, make corrective actions, and effectively communicate to management. Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and system skills. Must possess strong prioritization, organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders. A candidate should already have the basic knowledge of business cycles systems and processes that impact Sales and Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. MBA preferred

Experience: 3-5 years experience in Finance, Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills. Must possess the ability to streamline internal processes along with having strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills required, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders

Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required including experience with successfully working with large data sets. Experience with SAP Financial applications a plus.

Special Skills: MBA or CPA a plus
