In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assist in developing best-in-class talent acquisition processes through our tech stack and training programs. This is a unique role that will enable you to wear many hats and stretch your professional abilities in new ways.</p> <p><strong>You Will...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the subject matter expert across our Talent Acquisition tech stack, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Guide, Technical Assessment tools, Guide, and many others, and own the product backlogs and relationships with our third-party vendors.</li> <li>Be the point of contact for our vendors and help to collaborate on new initiatives, contract negotiations, and feedback cycles.</li> <li>Serve as a point of contact for end-user training and inquiries for our tech stack.</li> <li>Leverage technical expertise to develop thorough project plans with key milestones and goals, identify and mitigate risks, solve for dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely and smooth project launches.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and anticipate needs, and develop innovative solutions that support our hiring goals.</li> <li>Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the interviewers and recruiting team on our tech stack and recruiting processes</li> <li>Service support tickets by responding to questions and requests from recruiters and employees</li> <li>Provide excellent stakeholder and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have...</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition</li> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to operate effectively with only high-level direction in a fast-paced environment, with a desire both to learn new techniques and educate others</li> <li>A meticulous sense of organization, with resourcefulness for operational excellence</li> <li>Excellent written and spoken communication</li> <li>Ability to work from or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA</li> <li>Experience working with external vendors</li> <li>Experience with creating training programs</li> </ul> <p><strong>Exceptional Candidates Will Have...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hyper-vigilant attention to detail</li> <li>Prior experience in high-growth startup environments</li> <li>Experience using most, if not all, of the following tools: Confluence, Greenhouse, Prelude, Guide, Gem, Airtable, Textio, SeekOut, and Gsuite</li> <li>Comfortability with data and distilling insights</li> </ul> <hr /> <p>We will do everything we can within reason to make sure that your interview takes place in an environment that fairly and accurately assesses your skills.
