We deliver integrated business expertise with scalable, repeatable technology solutions specifically engineered for each sector.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Senior Leader: Minimum 10 years of recent Senior Leadership experience with health systems in large-scale implementations, transformations, and day-to-day operations</li><li>Operator experience: Minimum 7+ years as VP or Director of IT Applications for a multi-billion-dollar organization. Ideally, the candidate has Healthcare industry knowledge with Epic background and prior experience in running IT operations for one or more large health systems at a leadership level serving as the bridge between IT & Operations</li><li>Track Performance: Track performance of the team providing Application maintenance support by adhering to the required Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Global Team: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage large teams onshore, offshore, and nearshore</li><li>Executive Presence: Strong executive presence with regular engagement with multiple levels of leadership including, VPs, Managers, Directors, project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalations.</li><li>Growth: Experience in supporting growth for new acquisitions and entities with extensive experience in implementation and rollout strategies</li><li>Core Consulting Skills: Proven experience in developing executive level communications and dashboards utilizing Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)</li><li>Drive Issue Resolution for RCA analysis and manage C-Suite Execs and cross-team collaboration and ability to be on-call if needed</li><li>Limited immigration sponsorship may be available</li><li>Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
