About the Position:

The Outpatient Group Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit of each client.  The Outpatient Group Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed.

Schedule:

Part-Time: 

Friday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM

Saturday: 8:00AM - 1:30PM

Sunday: 8:00AM - 1:30PM

Your Role:

  • Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
  • Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
  • Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process as needed.
  • Provide crisis management as needed.
  • Complete all required and assigned trainings in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.
  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field, required.
  • Holds and maintains independent license or associate license in CT/ NY/ NJ or MA as LCSW/LMSW, LPC/LPC-A, LMHC and/or LMFT/MFT-A, required.
  • Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.
  • Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.

Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $50.00 to $75.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is not a fee-for-service position.
