Clinical Research Manager

The Foundation for Female Health Awareness (FFHA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Research Trials Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working at a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and a proven ability to manage and oversee clinical research trials. You will play a critical role in coordinating research efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving successful trial outcomes that align with FFHA’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee clinical research trials from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate trial logistics, including study timelines, patient recruitment, budget, and data management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the trial run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Prepare and manage study documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Track trial progress and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the course of the trials.
  • Ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working at a Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple research trials simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial regulations, including FDA and GCP guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Located in or near Cincinnati, OH (for occasional in-person meetings, if needed).
  • Experience with Gynecology and/or Urology
