Practitioner at Mobile IV Drip, you will be responsible for conducting Good Faith Exams (GFE) for clients seeking IV therapy services. Your role is critical in ensuring that all assessments are completed accurately, with thorough documentation and in alignment with legal and ethical guidelines. This position requires a strong understanding of medical protocols, effective communication, and the ability to interact with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFE) for clients seeking mobile IV therapy services.
- Ensure that the examination process complies with regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices.
- Review client medical histories, evaluate symptoms, and assess the appropriateness of treatment options based on the client’s needs.
- Record and document all relevant medical information and findings accurately in client records.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure that treatments are safe, effective, and tailored to each individual’s health requirements.
- Provide clients with clear, concise information about their medical condition, the proposed treatment plan, and potential risks/benefits.
- Address any questions or concerns from clients regarding their treatment or medical exam results.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.
- Stay up to date on current medical practices, treatment options, and industry regulations related to mobile IV therapy.
- Assist with ongoing development of policies and procedures to improve client care and exam protocols.
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or other relevant medical licenses).
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical setting, with a strong focus on patient assessments and evaluations.
- Experience in conducting Good Faith Exams (GFE) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile healthcare services and telemedicine is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and medical staff.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with medical documentation software and record-keeping practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
