Job Summary:

Are you an obsessive organizer who thrives in a nontraditional setting? Come work with our team of Amazon experts as a Customer Service Agent. We’re looking for a consistent, committed, and detailed person to grow with us.
Providing White Glove Service to Customers: we are a multi-brand ecommerce company providing online customer service for a range of brands sold on Amazon, Walmart, Ebay, etc. You will be answering questions for our clients on the various ecommerce platforms, making routine quality control checks of the listings. This role requires strong customer service skills as well as excellent time management and planning skills. You will be working with a team of customer experience agents so that our clients’ portfolios are covered 24/7, so communication and organization skills are a must to ensure efficient and effective handoff between team members.

Essential Functions:

  • Customer support for all white glove clients
  • Creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts and scheduling posts for our clients
  • Assisting Analytics in reports and data downloads
  • This role also requires strong time management, excellent planning skills, and the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
  • Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
  • Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
  • Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results driven, team oriented environment
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast growing company
  • Must be proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
