Responsibilities:

Manage and update job postings on various online platforms and job boards.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.

Monitor and report on job posting performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews and other recruitment-related activities.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably in a remote work setting.

Strong proficiency in using online job boards, ATS, and other recruitment software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
