Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, growing business? We're looking for a Front Desk Administrator / Warehouse Associate to join our small, tight-knit team. As a locally owned and operated company, we specialize in underground shoring and personal protective equipment (PPE) supply – and we pride ourselves on reliability, customer service, and integrity.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and values a balanced mix of office work and warehouse activity.

What You'll Do

Front Desk / Administrative Duties

  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, and drivers at the front desk
  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Process orders, mail invoices, and maintain customer records
  • Handle incoming emails and basic office correspondence

Warehouse Duties

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking
  • Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided if necessary)

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an office or warehouse setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional communication skills (in-person and by phone/email)
  • Comfortable with basic computer programs ( Excel, etc.)
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet when needed
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to be a key part of our team
