M&M'S Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2025 Winter Season! This position will be from October 2025 - January 2026

This position pays $17.50 per hour.

Job Overview:

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, welcome and greet the guests, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years old to apply
  • No Education or previous retail experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
  • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee's work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
