The Receptionist & Business Operations Assistant is the first point of contact for clients, helping create a warm and professional experience from the moment someone calls or walks in. The ideal Receptionist & Business Operations Assistant candidate is friendly, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy office. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, helping with intake forms, scheduling, preparing materials, keeping the front area tidy, and assisting the team with day-to-day office needs.Job Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate is comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools, handles confidential information with discretion, and shows good judgment in a professional setting. A proactive, team-oriented attitude is key, as is a genuine interest in helping others and supporting a positive office environment.
