Job Summary
As a Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy, connecting with exceptional candidates and guiding them through the hiring process. Your role is pivotal in identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using various platforms, including social media management and HR sourcing tools.
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling and lead generation to attract passive candidates.
  • Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent from universities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employee orientation and training & development programs for new hires.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software such as Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in executive recruiting and internal recruiting processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos.
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation techniques and succession planning strategies.
