Looking for an experienced remote loan processor to join our small team. We specialize in FHA, Conventional, and Foreign National loans for borrowers looking to make purchases in any part of Florida. Position is for immediate hire, only inquire if you can start immediately. The person we will hire will get paid substantially per file for the time being. This is a great opportunity for remote seasoned processors that can add some files to their pipeline. We have a team working to make your job easier, including 2 Originators and an opener. All we ask is that you give us priority to submit files when needed.

Job Description:
  • Review necessary documentation for all files, including borrower documentation and third-party documentation.
  • Structure loan packages for underwriting.
  • Run DU and all searches to submit loan packages to underwriter for approval. Ordering third party documentation, running DU/LP, calculation of income.
  • Provide proper disclosures as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collect outstanding conditions to meet with underwriting findings.
  • Communicate is VERY important for our team. You must be organized at all times in order to communicate with the team as to the status of the loan at all times.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have at least 2 years of correspondent work.
  • Complete knowledge of TRID guidelines and regulations.
  • Must be a team player, assertive and capable of independently handling issues and underwriting needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent or advanced in Spanish preferred but does not disqualify candidate
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Calyx Point.
