Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with tax regulations
  • Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Provide support in tax preparation and compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place

  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
  • Prepare expense claims for leadership team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in XERO accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
