Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, preferably with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and be adept at managing complex logistics challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and optimize logistics operations with third-party providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage shipping schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze logistics performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve logistics-related issues effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed performance metrics and data projections.
• Conduct research on innovative logistics solutions and emerging technologies to enhance operations.

Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of experience ideally in logistics or supply chain management.
• At least 2 years of experience working with 3PL providers such as ShipBob or equivalents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and strategic projections.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Work Schedule & Compensation
• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week across 5 days.
• Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
• Commitment: This is not your typical part-time, we want you to be fully immersed in Oxford Healthspan, not dividing your time between multiple roles.
• Time Zone: As a fully remote position, we believe in autonomy, and you can work during your preferred hours. However, availability for team meetings at designated times is required.
