In this position, you will handle customer queries through phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to create a positive experience for each customer. You’ll assist passengers with their reservations, flight changes, and provide information about our services and policies. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, flight changes, and special requests.
3. Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, procedures, and requirements.
4. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
6. Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
7. Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve better results, sharing best practices and ideas.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.

**Educational Qualifications:**
High school diploma or GED required. Further certification in customer service or relevant fields is preferred.
**Experience:**
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
