This individual will have strong executive presence and the ability to navigate large organizations with emotional intelligence and business maturity.</span></p><p></p><p><span>As a lead strategist guiding other strategists, this role requires a problem solver ad strategic thinker who can guide their project teams to drive measurable business impact. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to executives, a connector across business and technology teams, and a champion for customer success. They must be highly adaptable, a self-starter, and deeply curious—asking the right questions when faced with gaps and tapping into expertise across Adobe and customer organizations to drive meaningful solutions.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This role will also play a critical role in elevating the Strategy team’s success, shaping thought leadership, and guiding internal teams toward best-in-class execution and engagement management.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You’ll Do</span></b></p><p><span>The right person will have a strong point-of-view on how unified customer experiences and the content supply chain come together within the Adobe platform to provide real-time personalization and how to use our best-in-class tools to drive value for our customers. The U.S. pay range for this position is $155,100 -- $306,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
