Scheduling Assistant - Entry Level (Remote) ID-1875
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently. Remote Data Entry, No Experience, $40/hr, Part-Time
- Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations.
- Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances.
- Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions.
- Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems.
