What you´ll do The Senior Manager, Social Channel & Creator Marketing Meta & Pinterest MSDS leads MSDS's strategy for community engagement, inspiration, and conversion across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Pinterest. This role builds and sustains the social heartbeat of our brands, nurturing communities, deepening advocacy, and driving discovery-to-purchase journeys through channel-specific storytelling. Acting as both strategist and creative producer, this leader connects brand purpose to platform culture through inspiring content, authentic creator collaborations, and visually distinctive storytelling. The role partners closely with the Director, Social Digital Content & Creator Strategy, Brand Directors, Creative, and Digital Commerce teams to ensure that each MSDS brand's social presence fuels awareness, loyalty, and measurable business growth. Develop and lead the Meta & Pinterest strategies across all four MSDS brands, defining each channel's role in brand storytelling and conversion. Craft community-driven content strategies that bring brand purpose to life through conversation, education, and visual inspiration. Define and evolve best practices for feed, Reels, Stories, and Pins - optimizing each format for engagement and reach. Integrate content and commerce by linking brand storytelling to path-to-purchase (e.g., tagged shopping, link-in-bio, Pinterest Shop). Creator & Influencer Partnerships- build and manage relationships with creators who thrive on Meta and Pinterest - from professional stylists to lifestyle micro-influencers. Oversee content co-creation, briefing, and storytelling alignment with each brand's aesthetic and voice. Collaborate with Paid Media and Digital Commerce teams to amplify creator content for engagement and conversion. Drive "micro & nano creator waves" that scale advocacy and extend content reach cost-effectively. Community Building & Advocacy- own community engagement strategies across Instagram and Facebook - ensuring responsive, authentic interaction with followers. Content Planning & Production- develop content frameworks that activate stylist and consumer communities around education, self-expression, and transformation. Partner with Brand Education teams to spotlight stylist content and amplify professional expertise. Foster a strong connection between MSDS brand channels and salon communities nationwide. What makes you a good fit 8-10 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or creator management - ideally across beauty, fashion, or lifestyle. Proven expertise in Meta and Pinterest ecosystems, including algorithmic understanding, ad/organic synergy, and shopping integration. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute cross-platform content and community strategies. Strong creative eye with the ability to translate data into storytelling opportunities. Experience managing creators, content teams, and budgets. Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for social innovation and consumer connection.
