· 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent

· 3+ years of experience delivering enterprise or off-the-shelf commercial software using Java, .NET, Salesforce, or similar technology stack.

· 1+ years of Production Support Experience that includes incident triage, troubleshooting, monitoring.

· Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing pipelines.

· Strong understanding of Software Development, Quality Assurance & Testing, Root Cause Analysis • Understand cloud security and best practices.

· Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or a similar tool.

· Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and provide innovative solutions.

· Experience following Agile development practices with globally distributed teams.

· Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from management to other engineers, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as Visual Studio, IntelliJ, Eclipse, or Atom

· Experience integrating with REST / JSON web services.

· Experience writing complex database sql queries.

· Solid organizational, time management and judgment skills Preferred Qualifications:

· Salesforce development experience and certification

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce package based and org-based development models.

· Hands-on experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Force.com Migration Tool

· Fluency in one or more scripting languages such as Ant, Python or Groovy

· Hands-on experience with container and orchestration services such as OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Mesos, etc.

· Experience using production monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace

· Experience with MuleSoft

· Experience with NoSQL databases such as Mongo DB

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Support code and configuration promotion strategy across various environments in the delivery pipeline

· Manage change control and perform impact analysis as and when necessary.

· Unify group and individual direction and goals around the singular vision of the organization.

· Develop, maintain, and improve of DevOps tools, applications, and processes.

· Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and tooling.

· Develop and promote tools and process to improve overall software development quality.

· Perform Production Incident Triage, Analysis and Troubleshooting

· Regularly monitor and review usage of the application, problem tickets, patterns to help drive teams to address root cause issues and improve the overall quality of the product.

· Support production releases ensuring appropriate quality checks and controls are followed.

· Work with engineers on the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of important infrastructure services

· Develop and own best practices/methodologies for provisioning, application scaling, configuration management, capacity planning, monitoring, etc. to improve organization-wide visibility into how distributed systems interact and perform in production.

· Analyze and comprehend how customers are using the platform and help drive continuous improvement of the offering based on that.

· Document technical details and procedures for other administrators

· Continuously raise our standard of engineering excellence by implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment

· Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate.

· Adapt and remain effective in a fast paced, changing environment.
