Specific Responsibilities Drive the standardization, simplification, and optimization with continuous improvement cycle in the materials processes and systems. Expertise Kinaxis RapidResponse® software and ability to perform solution configuration (Planning/Purchasing) Project Leader of supply chain transformation initiatives at the global level for Kohler Energy group. Diagnose and identify process and system gaps vs best in class operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize improvement projects to existing business process/system. Lead site teams to map ‘as is’ process with proper granularity and brainstorm with stakeholders on desired future process. Define and recognize project Key Performance Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT solution team to define test plan with well evaluated business scenarios in relevant functional areas. Actively manage all levels of stakeholders through appropriate communication plan and perform timely escalation to the next level of management when necessary. Work with project team to develop training plan, training material and deliver necessary training sessions to ensure end users awareness and prepared for the change. Typically reports to Supply Chain Management. Job is not directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management). Skills/Requirements Minimum 5 years of working experience in any Materials, Demand planning, Supply Chain field. Good background in Supply Chain engineering concepts and understanding of statistical forecasting, inventory management, MRP, scheduling, etc. Understanding and application of broad range of demand planning systems and technology. Ability to learn a new application – Kinaxis RapidResponse®. Proven record of accomplishment of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous improvements and cost reduction programs. Self-direction with ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Work well in a team environment and can work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. Open to travel up to 50% on average and can work effectively when working remotely. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Experience with demand planning systems such as Kinaxis, SAP IBP, JDA, etc. – strong preference for Kinaxis experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The salary range for this position is $104,850 - $133,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
