Virtual Interior Design Consultant for Home Furnishings - Las Vegas - Williams-Sonoma Inc. ID-1761

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Interior Design Consultant to join our team at Williams-Sonoma Inc. in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their home design needs through virtual consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer follow-up skills
  • Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across multiple brands
  • Minimum 3 months of interior design experience required
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have a strong understanding of furniture function and materials
  • Proficient computer skills, grammar, and accuracy while working with clients
  • Design Sales experience required (preferably furniture)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others
  • Repeating motions may include wrist, hand, and finger movements
