Workfront Lead Project Manager-Vice President | JPMorgan Chase & Co. | Remote US ID- 10903

Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Project Manager/Business Analyst to join Channel Execution & Delivery team to help drive Workfront through its next stage of growth. In this role, you will lead the strategy and backlog of the critical platform and partner initiatives with Performance Marketing and Product team.

As a Project Manager on the Channel Execution & Delivery team, you will lead and shape the Workfront platform to drive strategic initiatives across CCB. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. You should have deep technical business analysis skills including expertise in everything from business process management, data management to functional design. Your success in this role also hinges on project management, teamwork, and leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5+ years project management / business analysis experience in an operational or project management focused role
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative with ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability for detecting potential project risks and implementing appropriate solutions to mitigate impact on timelines or business operations
  • Experience working closely with Product Owners, technical architects and business users to guide and deliver design and implementation of key initiatives and projects
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to propose solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Strong operational excellence focus
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau and Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with managing Workfront or similar enterprise-wide project management platform is a plus.
  • Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions
  • Creative, passionate about technology, and ready to help build something great

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
