Overview:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner or Solution Lead to drive Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP initiatives, ensuring seamless business and technology alignment across key enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM (Hire-to-Retire) or ERP (Record-to-Report) processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage production incidents, platform enhancements, and release cycles.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication across teams.
  • Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Lead for Oracle Cloud applications (HCM or ERP).
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or Oracle Cloud ERP modules.
  • Strong business acumen with technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and release processes.
