The Boeing Company is looking for a Product Manager (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead) to join the team in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Berkeley, MO; Dallas, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Ridley Park, PA.

The Product Manager (Mid-Level, Senior or Lead) will join Enterprise Artificial Intelligence and Data (E AI&D) team driving data strategy, capabilities, and operations for Information Digital Technology and Security. This position will deliver critical componentry to the Next-Gen nervous system of The Boeing Company, securely connecting global stakeholders to mission-critical data.

You will deliver Cloud and Machine Learning (ML) Data Platforms that support tens of thousands of users involved in airplane development and aftermarket services. This role needs someone who can quickly understand operational needs, define requirements, lead the implementation, and measure their success.

Your focus will include Total Addressable Market, Product-Market Fit, User Research, Customer Insights, Value Propositions, Road mapping, and Go-to-Market Strategy. Success in this role requires strong skills in Agile methods, Metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Continuous Improvement. You will be supported by world-class tools and expert teams specializing in data, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to help you succeed.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs activities to identify and pursue market opportunities for Information Technology products

  • Leads customer engagements and analyzes customer, competitor and market data to develop IT product strategy, concepts and capabilities

  • Develops business case and product plans

  • Oversees creation of business and functional requirements and product roadmaps

  • Works with other Information Technology (IT) professionals to ensure requirements are met

  • Obtains funding and approval to develop products

  • Develops plans for entry of IT products in external market

  • Supports product demonstrations, value propositions and represents/promotes IT products internally and externally

  • Adjusts product capabilities and strategy to meet financial targets

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile Lead Role (i.e. Product Manager or Product Owner)

  • 3+ years of experience of execution in product production and/or delivery of products/services

  • 3+ years of experience working with suppliers or vendors

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies (ex. Amazon Web Services, Azure)

  • 3+ years of experience with AI/ML and/or Analyticsproducts and capabilities

  • Experience developing and maintaining business performance measurements, such as KPIs and Scorecards

  • Experience developing clear, compelling stories that leverage AI/ML and/or Analytics capabilities to drive measurable business improvements

Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $102,000 - $147,200

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 4): $123,250 - $178,250

Summary Pay Range for Lead (Level 5): $151,300 - $218,500
