  • Proven experience in defining software projects, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing deployment

Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of several key product areas, managing the full lifecycle from initial planning to execution, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams across UX, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Business Development, and Marketing to inform roadmap priorities.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and areas for strategic growth.
  4. Set product OKRs/KPIs and lead feature development using data-driven insights and analysis.
  5. Help grow the Product function and advocate for customer-centric thinking throughout the organization.
  6. Use user research, customer feedback, and market trends to develop long-term product roadmaps.
  7. Ensure that all systems, including sensitive data, are secure and comply with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, marketing, finance, or information science) - an MBA or MS is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading technical discussions and strategic decision-making
