Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap outlining scheduled features and development efforts for timely product launches
  • Lead initiative, feature, and epic creation processes, ensuring clarity, scope alignment, and detailed acceptance criteria
  • Conduct roadmap reviews and collaborate with teams, using diagrams and testing verification to deliver high-quality products aligned with evolving business needs
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to align goals, define technical architecture, and document APIs and integration points for seamless platform integration
  • Define and oversee product architecture for complex initiatives, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring alignment with platform capabilities
  • Monitor development progress, enforce adherence to architectural blueprints, and secure approval as the product evolves
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of combined Product Management, technical product, and other related experience that includes prior experience launching and/or supporting telecom related products and/or services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to deliver executive-level communication, including roadmap reviews and presentations
  • Extensive experience managing end-to-end program delivery for new product launches, including Go-To-Market strategies
  • Strong understanding of technical integrations, APIs, system-level architecture, and solution architecture principles
  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile and web application development, as well as IT projects that enhance revenue or reduce costs
  • Experience building and operating products and services using cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
  • Skilled at cross-organizational communication between business and technical units, with a self-starter mindset for navigating complex environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's Degree in Business or similar field from an accredited university
  • Experience with multiple telecom carriers including MVNOs
  • Experience with 5G network-specific product use cases that correspond to core / value-added services
  • Experience performing Product Management duties in both large corporate and startup environments

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
