These areas include building tools and processes to facilitate daily operations across multiple organizational levels, creating solutions that enable stakeholders to make data-driven business decisions, and integrating new technologies into our existing portfolio. Experience with large datasets, data warehouses, and data science projects is essential.</p> <h3>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </h3> <ul> <li>Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural strategy and design of existing and future systems and solutions proposed by our team or requested by stakeholders.</li> <li>Solution Design: Architect and assist in the development and resourcing of software solutions for global contact centers. Solutions may include new web tools, ETLs, reporting, API design, middleware for systems integration or[HD1] [HD2] [AM3] data science projects.</li> <li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Participate in business or cross-functional team discussions about potential solutions for specific needs, assisting the team in building an actionable plan.</li> <li>Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design diagrams, technical specifications, and support guidelines.</li> <li>Standards and Procedures: Help design development standards and procedures, and architect solutions to promote code reuse.</li> <li>Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.</li> <li>Stakeholder Communication: Present architectural solutions and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating effectively.</li> <li>Data Handling: Manage and optimize large datasets and integrate large data warehouse solutions to support data science projects and analytics initiatives.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years as a Software Architect and 5+ years as a software developer or data engineer.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience as a Software Architect.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.</li> <li>Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle, and large data warehouses.</li> <li>Experience with unstructured and semi-structured data such as JSON, XML, NoSQL and graph data structures. </li> <li>Experience with Databricks is a significant plus.</li> <li>Understanding of REST API architecture.</li> <li>Experience in multiple programming languages such as PHP, <a href="" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">HD6</a>, Python, JavaScript and pySpark.</li> <li>Proven track record in handling large datasets and managing data science projects.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence engineers, peers, and senior stakeholders towards consensus decisions.</li> <li>A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong analytical mindset</li> </ul> <p><b>We know there’s a lot to consider.</b> As you go through the application process, our recruiters will be glad to provide guidance, and more relevant details to answer any additional questions.
