Position Overview: As a Growth Analyst at Campaign Creators, your primary focus will be creating strategic plans that are directly backed by our product offerings. You’ll work to understand client objectives and map them to the right mix of solutions, ensuring every recommendation drives measurable ROI. Using our proprietary framework and AI-driven tools, you’ll craft compelling briefs, develop campaign strategies, and present recommendations with clarity and confidence. In this role, you’ll also identify opportunities for account growth, recommend HubSpot solutions, and advise clients on strategies to fully leverage HubSpot’s capabilities. While primarily strategic, the position requires hands-on familiarity with HubSpot to ensure strategies are both practical and effectively implemented, along with consistent reporting on impact.

This role is client-facing and collaborative - you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients while also working closely with internal teams who are ensuring strategies are effectively executed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand client business goals and translate them into clear strategic plans aligned with Campaign Creators’ product offerings.
  • Confidently present growth strategies, HubSpot solutions, and campaign plans to clients.
  • Identify data-backed opportunities for account growth and expansion, and report on ROI of implemented activities.
  • Create strategic briefs and marketing copy using proprietary methods and AI-powered tools.
  • Design viable & sound HubSpot solutions, including automation, segmentation, and campaign setup, to align with client objectives.
  • Participate in CRO activities, landing page information architecture, and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Analyze data and client performance to deliver actionable recommendations that optimize results.

The Growth Analyst will:

  • Bridge the gap between client goals and HubSpot-powered solutions.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven strategic recommendations that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts to strengthen client relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted partner, guiding clients toward sustainable business growth.

Experience and Qualification Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing HubSpot solutions, including campaigns, automations, and segmentation strategies that connect directly to client goals.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans that align business objectives with Campaign Creators’ service offerings, while also identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and campaign planning, including landing page architecture, to help achieve measurable results.
  • Experience creating strategic briefs and marketing copy, ideally using both traditional approaches and AI-powered tools.
  • Skilled at analyzing performance data, translating it into ROI-focused insights, and presenting those findings in a clear, actionable way.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing settings, communicating growth opportunities with confidence and building strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of HubSpot innovations, digital marketing trends, and AI-driven strategies.
