We are seeking a skilled contractor to support the planning, execution, and change management efforts related to our open enrollment period and backend implementation of new benefits vendors. This role will work closely with human resources, technology, and communications teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is bold in their approach, is solution oriented, welcomes ever changing environments, and approaches work with a growth mindset. You welcome dialogue and debates to surface the most optimal solutions, while building relationships with care. You create safe and welcoming spaces as a baseline.

This is a fully remote, short-term contract role; must be able to work core hours on Pacific/Hawaiian time zones; reports into our Wellbeing + Experience Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Open Enrollment Planning & Execution

    • Develop and manage project timelines and deliverables

    • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person enrollment events

    • Support development of employee communications and FAQs

    • Assist with benefits education materials and presentations

  • Vendor Implementation Support

    • Track implementation milestones and coordinate with vendor contacts

    • Assist with data validation, testing, and system integration tasks

    • Document workflows and process changes

    • Support internal stakeholder communications and training

  • Change Management

    • Help design and execute change management strategies

    • Monitor employee feedback and assist with issue resolution

    • Contribute to post-enrollment evaluation and reporting

Qualifications

  • Experience in benefits administration and change management
