They are seeking a Senior Global HRBP to partner with executive leaders, drive organizational impact, and architect the culture of the ACE/CSS teams.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to design and deliver transformative people strategies aligned with ACE and CSS goals and Atlassian’s broader business strategy.
  • Lead the build and scale of impactful programs in collaboration with Regional HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Operations teams.
  • Coach executives through complex organizational challenges, talent strategies, and leadership development to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Design ‘future focused’ organizational models that align with product strategy, revenue growth, and our digital first vision.
  • Guide ongoing organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as we continue to grow and evolve.
  • Collaborate across HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and Strategy and Operations teams to deliver on talent and operational plans.
  • Leverage analytics and insights, identify trends, and recommend data driven actions for program design and measurement of success.
  • Work with the wider Atlassian People team to ensure we deliver on core HR processes and programs for ACE/CSS, meeting key people metrics and goals
  • Build a culture of inclusion by embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, leadership development, employee experience, and organizational health.

Skills

  • 10+ years HR experience with progressively challenging responsibilities in Business Partner and leadership roles inclusive of high-growth companies.
  • Experience working with global/international teams expanding into emerging markets, while excelling in high growth, global organizations.
  • A “business first” mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; primarily focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear business outcomes.
  • Energy to get things done in an iterative approach, with a willingness to move between strategy, development, and change management to scale programs
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing data driven solutions and simplifying complex problems
  • A highly collaborative approach with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in working with senior leaders and executive teams
