Join a fast-growing real estate marketing agency that delivers qualified, motivated buyers & sellers to top realtors.

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent to call and convert inbound Facebook & Instagram leads for our realtor partners. Your job is to build genuine connections, pre-qualify buyers & sellers, warm them up, pre-sell the agent, and live transfer only the highly qualified prospects.

Base Salary + Weekly Bonuses OTE: $1,000 – $4,000/month (Full-time, Monday–Saturday availability required)

Income grows as transfer quality and volume increase — no cap.

Your Responsibilities

  • Call, text, and DM inbound FB & IG real estate leads to engage buyers & sellers
  • Build genuine rapport and trust — make leads feel understood and supported
  • Pre-qualify prospects on: motivation, timeline, financing, budget, location, etc.
  • Pre-sell our partnered realtor to ensure excitement before the transfer
  • Live-transfer only high-quality, motivated prospects who are ready for next steps
  • Log all notes, tags, and lead activity accurately in the CRM
  • Follow proven scripts, objection handlers, and nurturing sequences
  • Meet weekly KPIs for quality transfers, show-ups, and conversion readiness

Who You Are

  • 1+ year of experience in sales (ISA, appointment setter, SDR/BDR, call center, or similar)
  • Real estate ISA or industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Confident, warm communicator who can build instant connection
  • Comfortable making follow-ups and handling objections
  • Coachable, disciplined, and goal-driven
  • Must be available Monday through Sunday (flexible schedule but full availability required)
  • Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines
