Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stage 4 Solutions is a large, global SaaS B2B high-tech company seeking a Senior Program Manager for Talent Acquisition. The role involves building and maintaining integrated project plans across multiple TA workstreams and collaborating with various leadership teams to align strategies with enterprise goals.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, risks/assumptions/issues/decisions (RAID), and action logs across multiple TA workstreams (candidate assessment, ATS, process design, and connectivity with professional and EIC teams).
  • Orchestrate the program management items: schedule and run working sessions and leadership reviews; prepare agendas, pre-reads, facilitation notes, decisions, and follow-ups
  • Partner with TA LT and HRBP leadership teams to connect TCA strategy across functions and focus areas, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and transformation initiatives
  • Recommend and refine recruiter success metrics and KPIs, integrating recruiter performance, req complexity, and funnel insights with TCA results
  • Partner with TA leadership and People Insights (PISA) to build dashboards for measurement, audit, and compliance. Inform requirements and influence outcomes.
  • Draft stakeholder maps and change-impact notes; create leader kits (FAQs, cascades, talking points), and partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Enablement on timing and approvals
  • Stand up and refine simple intake and process maps with clear SLAs and feedback loops
  • Support stakeholder engagement through change champion networks and leadership alignment
  • Outline enablement, build scenarios, and draft learning objectives for multiple personas
  • Map current/future processes and document SOPs/playbooks; collect feedback and drive version control in SharePoint/Loop
  • Partner with technical teams on documentation, facilitate UAT documentation, and governance practices.
  • Use M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive, Loop, Teams) daily; be conversant with ATS/CRM concepts and scheduling/assessment tools
  • Write and edit executive-ready content (org updates, townhall materials, leader emails, quarterly readouts) and maintain a single source of truth for status and decisions
  • Translate program updates into concise narratives and visuals that are easy for leaders and teams to consume
  • Create compelling messaging for internal initiatives, including town halls, strategy rollouts, and operational updates
  • Build a governance plan and coordinate with Legal, HRBP, DT, and TA to develop an interconnected model

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy roles—ideally within TA/HR, Talent Management, or transformation programs in consulting for AI, SaaS industries
  • 3+ years of experience working with global engineering teams, specifically software, machine learning, and AI teams, building enterprise products
  • Must have technical expertise in either systems implementation or engineering support via a PM, PgM, or Consulting role.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-workstream plans (timelines, dependencies, RAID) and to keep cross-functional teams rhythmically moving
  • Strong written communication (executive emails, talk tracks, one-page summaries) and visual storytelling (slides that land a decision)
  • Stakeholder management skills: you can prep leaders crisply, facilitate meetings, and close loops with HRBP/Legal/Enablement/Engineering partners
  • Data comfort: maintain KPI sheets, pivot tables, data queries, and summarize trends; advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables/lookup) and familiarity with dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Calm under change: you can handle sensitive, confidential workstreams (org changes, vendor steps) with judgment and discretion
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
