Role and Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting smooth restaurant operations.   • Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and positive manner
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently over the phone or digital systems

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with both customers and colleagues
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures during order handling

Essential Skills and Expertise:

  • Must be at least 14 years old to apply

  • Strong communication skills with confidence in handling customer interactions
  • Reliable, punctual, and an effective team player
  • Willingness to learn and take pride in producing quality results

Preferred Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required training will be provided

Compensation and Benefits:

  • 50% discount on regular menu items while on duty (up to $14.00 per day)
  • 25% discount on regular menu items outside of working hours

  • 401(k) plan eligibility after one year of service (must be at least 18 years old)

  • Medical insurance available for employees working 30 hours per week (subject to waiting period)
