Customer Service - Lego & Candy Sales ID-2838

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist with product inquiries, and support sales activities in a retail environment. *This role is a multi-location position.

Your weekly hours will be split between two stores (Let's Go Build - 2684 N Greenwich STE 500, and Sweet & Saucy - 535 W Douglas STE 110). We have 10-25 hours per week available.

Operating hours of Let's Go Build are M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-7p, and Sun 12p-6p.

Operating hours of Sweet N Saucy are M-F 11a-7p, Sat 10a-7p, Sun Closed.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and store
- Assist with inventory management and restocking products

Skills:
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Experience with Square POS preferred but not necessary
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in operating a cash register preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Reliable means of transportation required.
