carried out by the maintenance team. Plant Health Monitoring: Regularly inspect plants to identify pests, diseases, and stress symptoms, and direct the team to implement necessary treatments. Training and Guidance: Train maintenance staff on best practices for indoor plant care, pest management, and soil maintenance. Quality Assurance: Ensure that plants remain healthy, clean, and visually appealing through regular inspections and guidance. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of plant health, maintenance schedules, and necessary replacements. Client Communication: Professionally address client inquiries and provide guidance on maintaining plant aesthetics and health. Coordination with Landscaping Team: Collaborate with the landscaping team for new installations, replacements, and design improvements. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies such as fertilizers, pesticides, and potting materials. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or a related field. Proven experience in indoor plant maintenance or horticultural supervision. (Freshers are also welcome). Strong knowledge of indoor plant species, care techniques, and pest management. Leadership and team management skills.
