- Research and Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify emerging trends or issues in content moderation and help improve the community guidelines over time.

Required Skills:

- Basic Understanding of Content Guidelines: Familiarity with general content moderation guidelines and community standards. Familiarity with general legal content requirements and understanding of niche terminologies.

- Sensitivity and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to manage sensitive topics with care and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

- Strong Research Skills: Ability to research, analyze, and understand evolving trends in user behavior and potential violations.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain content decisions to users.

- Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on the details and catch small violations that could otherwise go unnoticed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in content moderation, customer support, or community management.

- Previous experience working with sensitive or NSFW content.

- Anime enthusiast.
