Our client is seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager, Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management and Healthcare Entity Engagement is a role within the Project Management & Strategic Operations team reporting directly to the Senior Director, DTE Portfolio Management, with dotted line matrixed reporting to the Senior Director, Business Engagement & Technology responsible for General & Administrative business relationships and technologies. The Project Manager will have execution delivery responsibilities for the implementation of all changes needed to support the design and implementation of technology solutions to manage, track and report on all aspects of buy-side and sell-side contracting activities and engagement with healthcare entities. The Project Manager, Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management and Healthcare Entity Engagement will be charged with direct management of all PMO activities and ensuring accurate status reporting for the implementation workstreams and driving the project outcomes.

College Student, Remote The Project Manager will work closely with various internal and external Information Technology (Data, Technology and Engineering) partners (e.g., internal Testing and validation center of excellence (TVCoE), external implementation partners). The Project Manager will ensure that the project is in alignment with other inter-dependent projects, programs and stakeholders.

Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with peers and colleagues across the Technology organization, and with key Finance and Accounting business partners and third-party consultants
- Actively anticipate, track and plan for risks and issues, dependencies, resourcing and contingencies

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale, complex projects
- Experience managing Information Technology projects for the benefit of the Sourcing/Procurement, Legal and Finance business functions/areas
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide technology changes related to the contract lifecycle and engagement of healthcare organizations/providers
- Demonstrated leadership presence and drive, resourcefulness, reliability and accountability including ability to hold others accountable for successful project delivery
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to clearly and succinctly express ideas
- Experience facilitating project meetings and effectively and respectfully holding team members accountable for status, deliverables and the timely escalation of blockers
- Unfailing commitment to representing project status in an accurate and timely manner, weekly or in near real time when changes occur
- Successful history of managing collaborative projects with vendors and packaged software
- Experience with high-growth stage and biotechnology companies
- Agile CSM, PSM or similar certification and direct experience
- PMP certification
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
